Q. DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

No referral is necessary, simply head to our “Take Action” page to book online or call, text or email to make a booking.

 

Q. How much will it cost me?

Brightwaters Therapy applies fees based on numerous factors such as the complexity of the concerns, your financial situation or the type of plan you have with NDIS. Our aim is to make this process as affordable as possible for you while maintaining quality service provision. All fees are available on our booking program online. NDIS participants should Contact Brightwaters Therapy for a quote.

 

Q. What type of payment do you accept?

Brightwaters Therapy accepts Visa & MasterCard, cash and direct deposit*

*direct deposit payments must be made prior to the session.

Q. Are sessions eligible for private health insurance claims?

Brightwaters Therapy is not covered by private health insurance.

 

Q. Do you do group sessions?

Yes in addition to individual sessions, we see couples and families.

Q. How many sessions will I need?

During your first session we would work out a plan for moving forward together and review accordingly.
